You need to be comfortable enough with software to follow a video tutorial and click the right thing — but you don't need to already know Google Workspace inside and out. That's what the classes are for.

If you can comfortably watch a YouTube tutorial and try the steps in your own account, you can do this. If that already sounds like too much, a VIP Day might be the better fit — you'd be working alongside Amy in your real account instead of on your own.

The DIY Vault is self-paced — that's the trade-off for the price. Live, 1:1 support lives inside the VIP Day container, not here.

YouTube is the front door — short tutorials, single tips, quick answers. It's incredible (and free). It's also unorganized for your purposes: you have to know what to search for, and you'll never know what you're missing.
