let's talk.
Whether you're training a team, planning a member event, or booking guests for your podcast, I show up the same way I do with my 1:1 clients: warm, methodical, and impossible to fall behind. No jargon. No firehose. No one made to feel dumb for not already knowing this.

My core voice — calm, methodical, plain-language — stays the same everywhere. What changes is the room. Pick the format that fits your audience and let's build something useful.
Live, hands-on Google Workspace teaching for your team, your members, or your association's chapter. Built around the people in the room — not a generic script.
➔ Custom curriculum built for your group
➔ Lunch & learns, half-days, or multi-session series
➔ In-person (Chicago suburbs) or online (anywhere)
A warm, useful guest who actually answers the question. Great fit for summits, virtual conferences, professional retreats, and podcasts serving small business owners or organizers.
➔ Keynote talks, panel guest, or summit speaker
➔ Podcast interviews (audio & video)
➔ Ready-to-use bios, headshots, and sample questions
Calm, plain-language sessions that show your team — or your group's members — how to actually use the Google Workspace they already pay for.
Most training fails because it dumps every feature on the room and leaves people more overwhelmed than when they started. I do the opposite. I teach the way I'd want to be taught: small groups of related ideas, the why before the how, and a recap so no one has to hold the thread alone.
We start with a short planning call to figure out where your group actually is — Starter, Streamliner, or Operator — and build from there.
Workspace edition, Apple vs PC, specific industry quirks — all factored in before I show up.
Recap notes, links, and a follow-up email so the learning sticks past the session
No one in your room gets shamed for not knowing this yet. Cleanup is normal
Most planning calls take 20 minutes. I'll respond within 48 hours.
Bringing the same calm, practical Google expertise to summits, conferences, professional retreats, and podcasts.
I love being a guest. I prep for the audience, I bring real client stories, and I never read from a deck of slides. If you serve small business owners, professional organizers, ADHD entrepreneurs, or women in business — there's a good chance there's a useful conversation for us to have.

I'm not a self-taught tech enthusiast. I'm a Google Certified Trainer with a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction — and I've spent decades studying how people actually learn.
My teaching career started in 1995, in front of a classroom. It moved into instructional design for corporate and higher-ed audiences, then into professional development for entire school districts on Google Apps. In 2019, I built Clutter Care around one belief: max out the tools you're already paying for before you buy a single new one. Since then, I've helped 400+ businesses across the US — plus Canada, Australia, and France — streamline their tech and feel confident in their own systems again.
